年会由中国互联网新闻中心、中国智慧工程研究会、华夏前程教育科学研究院主办，以 “以后疫情时代幼儿园、托育机构的创新发展” 为主题的第七届中国幼教大会暨第二届中国托育大会在杭州国际博览中心（2016 年 G20 峰会会场）隆重开幕。

The seventh China preschool education conference and the second China preschool education conference with the theme of "innovation and development of kindergartens and nurseries in the post epidemic era" are sponsored by China Internet News Center, China Intelligent Engineering Research Association and Huaxia Qiancheng Education Science Research Institute The 7th China preschool education conference and the 2nd China kindergarten education conference with the theme of "innovation and development of kindergartens and nurseries institutions in the post epidemic era" was solemnly opened in Hangzhou International Expo Center (the venue of 2016 G20 Summit). The grand opening ceremony of the 2016 G20 summit was held in Hangzhou International Expo Center.

国家卫生健康委员会干部培训中心党委书记、副主任蔡建华，中国互联网新闻中心（中国网）副总编辑薛立胜，华夏前程教育科学研究院副院长、中国幼教大会秘书长、中国托育大会秘书长孙纲，浙江大学教授、博士生导师吴华，陕西师范大学教授、教育实验经济研究所所长史耀疆，陕西省宁陕县副县长刘昌志等领导、专家以及幼儿园、托育机构负责人等参加了大会开幕式。
Cai Jianhua, Secretary of the Party committee and deputy director of the cadre training center of the national health and Health Commission, Xue Lisheng, deputy editor in chief of China Internet News Center (Chinanet), Sun Gang, vice president of Huaxia Qiancheng Education Science Research Institute, Secretary General of China preschool education Congress and Secretary General of China nursery education conference, Wu Hua, professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University, and professor and experimental economy of education of Shaanxi Normal University Shi Yaojiang, director of the Research Institute, Liu Changzhi, deputy head of Ningshan County, Shaanxi Province, and other leaders and experts, as well as principals of kindergartens and nurseries, attended the opening ceremony of the conference.
